  • Juan Mendez's journey began as a blue-collar worker for Local 377, where he started as an Ironworker Rodbuster and steadily progressed to become a Foreman, successfully completing numerous large commercial projects. Later, he extended his expertise to residential projects, excelling as a Project Manager with locally owned General A companies.

    After accumulating over a decade of invaluable experience within the Commercial sector and honing his skills in Residential sector Juan took the courageous step to forge his own path, giving birth to Agile General Contractors LLC
